LIFE

This new work is inspired by song lyrics that resonate with the cast. At its heart, LIFE follows the lives of
teenagers whose safe place is ‘where the music is’. Song lyrics are the barometer of a generation, they speak
for broken hearts, moments of pure celebration and days where the whole world seems troubled and
confused. Choreographic content and thematic pathways are created through analysis of lyrics, sign language
communication and symbolism via prop and set manipulation.
